Litl is a technology company which develops high quality mobile and desktop applications (the "Software"), and supporting services (the "Services").


The Litl Websites

The Litl websites ( "Site" or "Sites") provide information about Litl and the services and software we offer. Occasionally, at our discretion, Litl may provide links to third party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites. Litl is not responsible for the content, reliability, security, or privacy practices of these third party websites. Please be aware that when you enter a third party website, any information you provide, including financial information, is subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of that site.


Use of Cookies and Access Tokens

"Cookies" are small text files stored on your computer for use by a browser. Certain Site features may only be available through the placement of a cookie. We or third-party providers may use "cookies" to assist us in data collection and to track visitor Site usage and trends to help us better serve you. .The use of cookies is a standard practice for Internet websites; most Internet browsers permit a user to accept, decline or delete cookies.

We use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie is a cookie that expires when you close your browser. On our Sites, session cookies are used for load balancing to improve your experience of the Sites . We use persistent cookies for authentication so that you do not have enter your account details (where applicable) on each return visit A persistent cookie has an expiry date sometime in the future and remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. Children's Privacy

This Site and our Software are not directed to person under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from, market to, or accept services from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information.


PRINCIPLES

Notice and Information we collect

In the course of conducting its business and to provide the Software and Services, Litl collects and stores certain personal data, including your name, email address, phone number and mailing address ("User Data"). Payment information such as credit card numbers are securely passed to our payment processor and are not stored on litl servers. We also store, process and transmit any information you upload or store using the Software or Services ("User Content"). User Data and User Content are collectively referred to as your "Information".

We log IP addresses and times of access to our Services. In addition we generate and log a unique user identifier that we use to facilitate the functioning of the Software and Services. Logs are deleted within a reasonable period. We may correlate storage space used with User Data to enable us to properly bill for storage services where applicable.

The Information we collect may be stored on our servers, and on the servers of third party service providers.

In addition, our analytics providers automatically collect and provide to us certain aggregate information and analytical data related to website visits (see "Use of Cookies" above). Aggregate information is non-personally identifiable and anonymous information about visitors, which could include the dates and times of visits, visitors computer or mobile device browser information, the Internet address visited prior to and after reaching the Site, the name of the domain and host used by visitors to access the Internet and their probable country of access, the type of mobile device used by visitors, and the features of the Site accessed most by each visitor. This data is in no way associated with any User Data or User Content. Litl does not track users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

We may request your participation in questionnaires or surveys regarding your experience with our products and services or regarding your interest in new products and services.


Onward Transfer and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties who are not affiliated with Litl. Certain Information that you provide, including your name, and User Content may be viewed by other Users of the Software and Services if you share it with them.

Litl may disclose personal information to appropriate affiliates of the Company, including our Parent company and its subsidiaries, and third party service providers, to respond to a request for service or to provide information about available products and services. We are not limited in our use of non-personal information that does not permit direct association with any specific individual, or non-identifiable aggregate information about our Users and visitors (such as the number of Users of our Software and Services, the geographic distribution of our Users, the amount of information located and/or removed, etc.).

We may disclose information, that we, in good faith, believe is appropriate to cooperate in investigations of fraud or other illegal activities, or to conduct investigations of violations of the terms of any agreement you may have entered into with Litl with respect to your use of the Software or Services. For example, this means that if we conduct a fraud investigation and conclude that one side has engaged in deceptive practices, we can give that person or entity's User Data contact information to victims who request it.

We disclose information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, levy, attachment, order of a court-appointed receiver or other comparable legal process, including subpoenas from private parties in a civil action. If the subpoena seeks information about an identified User or limited group of Users, we'll make reasonable business efforts to contact the User(s) before providing information to the party that requests it. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to contact the User(s) in all cases, whether because of a time limit, court order, inability to effectively contact a User, or for any other reason.

We share information with companies that provide public relations and marketing services for us. Such information will only be shared by us to customize, measure and improve our products, services, Software and advertising; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. These third parties are obligated to protect your information and are prohibited from using your personally identifiable User Data for their marketing purposes.

All information collected by Litl may be collected, stored, and processed in commercial data processing facilities at various locations around the world, including the United States, Europe, and Asia. This allows Litl to improve Litl's ability to withstand individual system failures. Litl may from time to time transfer collected Information within and between its various worldwide locations in the normal course of business; therefore Information may be transferred to any country in the world, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. In the event that Litl sells or buys any business or assets, Litl may disclose the information maintained by us, including your User Data. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site of any change in ownership or uses of your User Data, as well as any choices you may have regarding your User Data. By submitting your Information to Litl via and by using services, you consent to the transfer and disclosure of your Information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy and to the transfer of Information outside the European Economic Area.


Deleting or Correcting Personal Information

If you would like to have your User Data removed from Litl's database, or would like to correct or delete an error in such information, please contact us at privacy@litl.com, and we will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.

We will retain your Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.


Choice and Opt-Out

We provide you the opportunity to "opt-out" of having your User Data used for certain purposes. For example, if you no longer wish to receive our promotional communications and marketing material, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each communication.


Information Related to Data Collected through the Litl Software Applications

Access and Data Integrity

You must immediately update your User Data when and if it changes so that we can maintain accurate data about you. You may update, correct or delete the content and accuracy of your User Data. Although you may change your User Data, Litl may retain in backup or inactive files the uncorrected or outdated User Data. Such User Data and User Content may be retained for several reasons, including backups for disaster recovery planning, dispute resolution purposes, troubleshooting, enforcement of agreements and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your historical User Data will be removed from our databases at the time you notify us of changes.


Security

Litl takes reasonable security measures such as password protection, encryption, physical locks, etc. as it deems appropriate to protect the information it collects from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Employees authorized to access User Data are required to take the appropriate safeguards to protect the User Data. Information gathered on the Site and by the Software is encrypted and protected with secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. Only the individual User and Litl personnel (solely on a need-to-know basis) have access to User Data, Litl personnel will not access User Content without your permission, and then only as necessary to provide support and resolve problems. All information collected from Users by Litl is stored on servers hosted in a physically secure environment. Questions about the security of the website or Software should be directed to privacy@litl.com. Notwithstanding the foregoing, users should keep in mind that the Sites and Software are run on software, hardware, and networks, any component of which may, from time to time, require maintenance or experience problems or breaches of security. Users are required to keep their Litl passwords confidential. Litl is not responsible for misuse of passwords. Users should advise Litl immediately if they believe their passwords have been compromised.


Social Media Widgets

Our Sites may include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook and Twitter button or other interactive mini-programs. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Sites. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.


Enforcement

We regularly review our compliance with this Privacy Policy and periodically verify that the policy is accurate and comprehensive for the information intended to be covered. We encourage interested individuals to raise any concerns using the contact information provided and we will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of User Data and/or User Content.


Amendments

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time consistent with the requirements of the Safe Harbor. Litl will post any revised policy on this website. Each time you use the Software, the current version of this Privacy Policy will apply. Accordingly, when you use the Software and Services, you should check the date of this Privacy Policy (which appears at the top of the Privacy Policy) and review any changes since the last version. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you. We will not materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past or collect substantially more customer information than in the past without the consent of affected customers. If we do make any material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective.
